Confirmation policy
To secure the accommodation, a deposit amount equal to 35% of the total stay is required as a guarantee of the reservation and full payment before the client’s departure. Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation we will require notification in written 21 days-High and Peak Season, 14 days- Middle and 7 days Low Season, prior to the scheduled arrival date, otherwise the deposit amount will be retained in respect of our Cancellation fee.
In case of non-show or departure before the scheduled time, 50% of the entire remaining stay will be charged.
The above mentioned cancellation policy is in accordance with the Greek Law No:503007/76 Article 3.
